Defense Courses
We will offer a women's self-defense course every two months.
For Women Ages 14 & Up
Our women's self-defense courses are designed to be both accessible and continuously enriching. Participants can take these courses multiple times, as each session typically covers new material, offering 5 to 7 new techniques per course. This approach ensures that even returning students can expand their skill set and knowledge with each subsequent training.
Importantly, you don't need to have completed previous courses to join a new one. The courses are structured in a way that allows individuals to enroll in any session that suits their schedule or interests, making self-defense education inclusive and adaptable to varying experience levels. Whether you're a first-time participant or a seasoned practitioner, there's always something new to learn and master in women's self-defense courses.
We don't just stop after the course is completed. We are working on building reference guides that will be accessible both during and after the courses and social networking support groups.
